The Super Smash Brothers Everything Meme

Brawl's cutscenes showed us that cross-fandom interaction is pretty much the best thing ever. So, let's carry on the win, shall we?

1) Make prompts anonymously. Fill prompts anonymously. Outing yourself elsewhere is optional.
2)Please fill a prompt if you make a prompt, because that's only fair.
3) Fanfic, fanart and roleplay logs are equal amounts of love.
4) All video game fandoms and characters are welcome, even if they've never appeared in a Super Smash Brothers game.
5) Everything is fine! Gen, het, yaoi, yuri, happy fluff right through to twisted kinky porn. Everything. Yes, even that.
6) Don't wank. If you see something you don't like, just keep scrolling. We're all big boys and girls.
7) Try not to give out fandom-specific spoilers by surprise. I know Brawl doesn't set a very good example, spoiling the hell out of Mother 3 and all, but just put a spoiler note in the subject field of your fill if the fic might ruin a game for someone. If the prompt itself is spoilery, use this spoiler code: ?span style="color:#666666;background-color:#666666">Spoilers here?/span> Just replace the question marks with pointy brackets.
8) Multiple fills to the same prompt are fine. Fill whatever you're inspired to.
9) Tell everyone about this meme!

Squirtle was having a good day. Delfino Plaza was a great place to splash and play, and he rode his arc of water higher than he'd ever gone before -- high enough that when he dropped to the ground, he did so on Luigi's head, shell-first. Luigi shrieked and staggered back, holding his head and taking cross-steps in his dizziness.

"It's-a Koopa!" cried Mario, and dove onto Squirtle. He wriggled and thrashed with all his might, but Luigi recovered enough to help his brother wrestle him down. "We better take it-a back to Bowser!"

"Squirtle!" protested the small blue Pokémon.

Mario cocked his head. "You talk-a funny for a Koopa. Come on, let's-a go."

Sometimes having a vocabulary limited to one's own name was a real pain. He was not having such a good day anymore.

The brothers, carrying Squirtle overhead, searched Bowser's usual hangouts in the Mushroomy Kingdom, but ultimately found him just outside Port Town with Jigglypuff, writing in the dirt on the back of the Blue Falcon. Bowser was opting for the traditional "WASH ME PLEASE," and Jigglypuff was drawing a very rude caricature of Captain Falcon. Mario giggled; Luigi primly turned his eyes toward Bowser.

"Watch-a your baby Koopa!" Luigi snapped, shoving Squirtle forward a bit harder than necessary. Apparently he was still miffed about the blow to the head.

Bowser shook his head hard. "Uh-uh! Not mine! I'm done having kids!" He pushed Squirtle back at them.

Mario hopped up on Squirtle's shell and kicked him back at Bowser. "It's-a turtle! It's-a gotta shell! It's-a Koopa!"

"It's-a not-a MINE!" Bowser retorted, jumping over Squirtle as he skittered past, shell side down.

"SQUIRTLE!" bellowed Squirtle impotently, now a bit motion-sick in addition to irritated. From the corner of his eye, he saw something pink bobbing away, but before he could process it, he hit something, flipped, and found himself wedged between the ground and the bumper of the Blue Falcon. He tried wriggling. No, stuck. Good. It meant Bowser, Luigi, and Mario couldn't use him for a Sandbag anymore. They were still arguing about the definition of a Koopa and the size of Bowser's family, anyway, leaving him forgotten under here.

He just hoped he figured out how to get out before Captain Falcon got back. He was sure his shell was scratching up the Blue Falcon's paint job. He tried wriggling some more, cringing at every scrape against the vehicle's body, until he saw the most beautiful pair of red, black, and white sneakers he'd ever laid eyes on. His trainer was here!

Then two enormous eyes filled his entire field of vision and he nearly shrieked. "Jiggly?" Oh! Of course! Jigglypuff had recognised him and gone to get the Pokémon Trainer! They each grabbed a limb and tugged him free.

"Looks like you've had a hard day, Squirtle," said his trainer, holding out the Pokéball, into which Squirtle eagerly dived as he and Jigglypuff wandered back toward the Pokémon Stadium, still ignored by Mario, Luigi, and Bowser. Behind them, they heard new footsteps approaching the scene.

"My Blue Falcon! Somebody's been drawing on her! Is that supposed to be ME? And augh -- what happened to her paint job?" howled Captain Falcon, wheeling on the trio from the Mushroom Kingdom. "YOU! You three did this! IT'S FALCON-PUNCH TIME!"

Squirtle curled up happily inside his Pokéball, lulled by the sounds of Falcon-mayhem. Ah, justice. Not such a bad day after all.
